Gongan Consultancy offers quality report writing, strategic business plans, business ready workshops, mediation and consultation services and Gongan Solutions offers a range of cultural/ economic training products as a specialist cultural/ economic management services company.
Gongan Solutions has developed a range of workshops, seminars and training products that assist clients/ participants to learn skills and gain the knowledge to apply the cultural/ economic management tools to the workplace and the business environment.
Gongan Facilitator Network will be developed as the business network within Gongan Consultancy Pty Ltd that will manage the network of Facilitators and Researcher utilising the Gongan Cultural/ Economic Framework Models services and products. It is Gongan Consultancy's aim to build a network of people and organisations that have a greater understanding in the application of the Gongan Cultural/ Economic Models. The Gongan Network is made up of:
- Gongan Framework Facilitators - Accredited Gongan Facilitators with current Membership.
- Gongan Framework Market Development Facilitators - Accredited Gongan Facilitators who apply the Gongan Models and products to their specialist market.
- Gongan Framework Research Protocol Agreements - Researchers who undertake research projects and want to gain access to the Gongan Network knowledge base; and,
- Alliance Partner Agreements - Selected Business, Government and NGO partners. Access to the Gongan Cultural/ Economic Framework services and products
