Gongan Consultancy provides mediation and consultation services utilising the Gongan Cultural/ Economic Models which place emphasis upon communications, cultural protocols, participation, ownership, conflict resolution and finding common ground between the parties/ stakeholders.
Gongan Consultancy develops Strategic Business Plans that document the core strategic directions and priorities to realise regional and local industry and business opportunities, while capturing the client’s cultural, social, environmental and economic aspirations. Gongan Consultancy takes a holistic approach to developing a the Strategic Business Plan formulating cultural/ spiritual sensitivities and future partnership protocols for undertaking joint venture business activities.
The final document will reflect community participation, an understanding of gaining a balance through the utilisation of the Gongan Framework Models and ensure that any enterprise activities have a “cultural and corporate fit” with the Aboriginal, Government and Private sector partnerships.
Gongan Consultancy has developed a two day business ready workshop that assists the community to discuss and participate in the development of a holistic strategic direction that considers their cultural, social, environmental and economic aspirations. The workshop focuses upon local & regional business opportunities, corporate structures, an understanding of the Gongan Cultural/ Economic Models and setting priorities for the future.
The final result and orientation of the workshop is to assist the Aboriginal community find the “corporate fit” to their cultural, social and environmental aspirations, while gaining an understanding of the industry standards required for participation as a partner. The Corporate Partner to find the “cultural fit” to their business proposal to the Aboriginal Community.
The Gongan two day business ready workshop is a result of the experiences gained from running numerous business conferences and workshops since 1993 and gives the Community and Corporate parties a common language and framework to work towards an agreement.
