Managing Cultural Diversity

The Managing Cultural Diversity course focuses upon two key aspects workplace (internal) and client market (external);  Gongan Solutions offers the Managing Cultural Diversity Course orientated to Business, Government and NGO clients.
  • Managing a culturally diverse (internal) workplace.  Many Australian workplaces have a diverse mixture of different cultural heritages of which Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders cultures are only two; the participants will gain an understanding that their workplace already manages cultural diversity without recognising the potential. The course participants will gain a better understanding of managing cultural diversity which will lead to better performance.  Our future identity as Australians will come from understanding the historical and contemporary events and practices of Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander peoples. Managing cultural diversity is essential to the organisations internal performance and external client relationships; and
  • Developing (external) strategies to service a culturally diverse domestic and overseas market/ or client base from a changing cultural/ economic perspective.  The Gongan Cultural/ Economic Models can be utilised to analyze the effectiveness of the organisations strategic positioning to capture and service a culturally diverse client base. Is your Company Strategic Plan catering to a culturally diverse and changing market?
Gongan Solutions has the ability to undertake a cultural/ political risk analysis utilising cultural/ economic management tools to assess the organisations corporate culture in the management of cultural diversity (workplace) and whether the organisations current strategic goals (external) are orientated to capturing a culturally diverse client base/ market.

Corporate Governance Training
